Description
Items required: 1 egg, 250 ml milk.
Method: 1. Heat ghee / oil in a flat pan.
2. Put Gigani Special Malpua Mix, egg and milk (as required) in a bowl and make a smooth paste. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
3. When ghee is hot, add one-third Malpua batter (half cup). Cook until golden brown.
4. Turn the Malpua and cook till it turns golden brown on the other side as well.
5. Serve hot with fresh cream or rabri.
6. Sprinkle almond and pistachio slices.
