Method to prepare KHICHDA
1.Soak overnight 400g khichda wheat, separately soak 200g mix dal i.e. chana, masoor, tuar, urad, moong, rice and chole.
2.In khichda wheat add 5-6 green chillies, salt and small packet GIGANI KHICHDA MASALA. Add enough water and boil.
3.Boil the dals with haldi, salt and enough water, cook till done.
4.Blend all the dals and wheat grain till soft.
5.Heat oil, chop finely 3 big onions. Fry till soft. Add mutton (1kg), haldi and salt. Cook till mutton is done. Add big packet SPECIAL GIGANI KHICHDA MASALA cook till done. Mix all the ingredients cook on slow fire till oil floats on top.
6.Serve hot with lime. Garnish with birista and mint leaves.
